Olivia MacDonald
Communications Consultant
As a communications consultant and Senior Content Manager, Olivia crafts meaningful, creative content for the Clients she serves. Most recently, Olivia served as Senior Content Specialist at CampusESP, a Philadelphia-based technology startup, where she has worked since 2022. During her tenure, her responsibilities have expanded significantly, reflecting her growth within the organization and her leadership in content strategy and execution.
At CampusESP, Olivia crafted advice-driven content for a broad audience, with her work reaching more than 10 million users. Her background includes coursework in social media and advertising, as well as hands-on experience collaborating with change management organizations and institutions focused on higher education. In addition to her role at CampusESP, Olivia has written extensively for MAC4 Communications, producing interview features, blog content, and contributing to a range of special projects. She continues to collaborate with MAC4 Communications on select initiatives, bringing a thoughtful, audience-focused approach to every piece she creates.
Olivia graduated from Temple University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. She resides in Philadelphia.
