With more than 13 years of experience in human resources, IT, supply chain, legal, and marketing, she has established herself as a trusted advisor in driving effective communication strategies and spearheading successful organizational transitions. Chelsea is most passionate about and dedicated to driving impactful communication and change strategies, with a focus on stakeholder management.
Chelsea’s exceptional results in change management led her to expand her expertise to other functional areas, focusing on driving impactful communication strategies across human resources, supply chain, legal, and marketing areas. Throughout her career, Chelsea has demonstrated her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. She has attended numerous industry conferences, obtained certifications in change management, stakeholder management, communications, project leadership, IT infrastructure, supply chain excellence, and business alignment. Chelsea also holds an A.A.S. in Accounting, a B.A. in Journalism and Business, a M.S. in Technical and Professional communication, and a M.A. in Servant Leadership.
