Concetta O’Leary
Senior Communications Consultant
Concetta has 30+ years of communications experience that spans agencies, private companies, public companies (Fortune 100 & 500) and not-for-profit organizations in regulated and non-regulated industries. In her long and varied career, she has supported C-Suite, senior executives, Human Resources and Investor Relations functions in the hospitality, real estate, home building and remodeling, financial services, pharmaceutical, and media and advertising sectors.
Concetta has a passion for developing and executing internal communications that drive organizational alignment and measurable business outcomes. She has led large-scale change communications efforts for company and business model transformations, new leader integrations, new system and process introductions as well as an IPO for a global hospitality company. She has also brought her skills to bear on the functions she has led, transforming their work and structure to best support the business needs and goals.
Concetta is a can-do professional who enjoys providing both strategic counsel and tactical execution to support successful communications programs and efforts.
Concetta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Lock Haven University, Lock Haven, PA. She has also participated in numerous post-graduate seminars and leadership workshops through her various employers and received creative brainstorm facilitation certification from Creative Realities® Inc.
She lives in north-central New Jersey with her husband and rescued dog. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with their large Italian-Irish family, reading, travel, live theatre and concerts and communing with nature (preferably in Maine).
