Deb Zingales
Senior Communications Consultant
Deb has 25+ years of experience in both internal and external communications. Her passion lies within the internal side of communications, including employee, executive and change communications. Her background also includes marketing communications, public relations, media relations, community relations, advertising and branding.
Deb has worked in a variety of industries, including high tech, finance, pharmaceutical, media, and engineering and construction. She has the unique ability to jump into new and different industries, ramp up quickly, and immediately apply her communications knowledge, talent and expertise to any project.
As a communications consultant, Deb managed and executed internal communications strategies and deliverables to support a companywide change and transformation initiative at Ionis Pharmaceuticals. Prior to that, she served as Senior Manager of Communications at ServiceNow, where she managed executive and employee communications for the Solution Consulting organization. Deb served as the Director of Internal Communications for Experian North America, where she was responsible for employee and executive communications. She also held senior-level communications positions with Quest Software, The Orange County Register, Epicor Software and Fluor Corporation.
Deb has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wayne State University, Detroit, Mich. She is also certified in Prosci Change Management.
Deb lives in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA with her Boston Terrier Ollie. She has three adult children: Dena, Shania and Vinny. Deb enjoys walking (especially on the beach), hot yoga and reading.
