DeNesha Tellis has enjoyed a long and accomplished career in corporate communications where she specializes in internal and change management communications.
She supports leaders who strive to empower and engage their teams, align team members on shared objectives, and cultivate high-performance work cultures. With a rich and diverse communications background, DeNesha’s experiences include key communications positions at the global professional services firm, Deloitte, the University of Denver and Children’s Hospital Colorado.
She has masterfully crafted communications and engagement strategies for companies in several industries, including healthcare, technology, education, financial services, and human services, thereby enabling leaders and organizations to thrive.
As a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, DeNesha also brings valuable expertise in change management, having successfully implemented impactful communication strategies for her clients. She is adept at recognizing unique challenges within each change initiative and customizing her communications approach to effectively engage stakeholders.
DeNesha’s communications prowess is deeply rooted in her formal training as a journalist, which uniquely equips her to bring compelling narratives to the forefront. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in English from Dillard University and a master of arts degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and the mother of two wonderful children.
